The 2012-13 school year marks my 25th year in private school administration. For the last 19 years, I have served as the Founding Headmaster here at King’s Schools. King’s represents my God-given childhood dream of starting a Christian school that would… serve as a standard for EXCELLENCE…live out a belief that every child deserves the OPPORTUNITY for a quality education…bring a life-changing message of HOPE to the families we serve. Thanks be to God, I am passionately living out that dream every day.

My love of education began when I married Don DeLair, the founder of King’s Schools, 31 years ago. I have always loved missionary work and working with children so when I discovered that my husband’s dream was to open a school it fast became my dream as well! It has been a wonderful journey watching God’s hand working in the lives of our students and parents over these last 19 years. HE is so faithful.

I have been a part of the King's family since 2009. I have a deep passion to invest personally in the lives of each student while also sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. The support from the teachers and families provides the stability each student needs to be successful in life. I also have 3 daughters attending King's and know they are receiving an excellent education from teachers who care about them personally and desire greatly for them to prosper.

I love working at King’s because it is a happy and peaceful place to be. It is an exceptional environment in which to pour out love and learning into the lives of children! It is truly a wonderful family to be a part of! I have had the privilege of being the Director here at King’s Preschool since January 2009. My prior experience includes teaching pre-kindergarten for 4.5 years and homeschooling my own children for 4 years.

I have been employed at Kings Schools since June 2002. Although I enjoy the accounting work with all its many joys and challenges, I more enjoy the “family” that I work with. The students and parents are all amazing and every year I work here has been a blessing to me.

I'm so excited to join the Administrative Team here at King's Schools. It's a wonderful place to work and I have the joy of having my two young boys enrolled in the King's Preschool. Being part of a ministry dedicated to educating young people in the ways of the Lord is an honor and privilege.

I have had the honor of being a part of the King’s staff for the past 10 years. This is truly a place where you are loved and cared for. I have a daughter who is a King’s graduate and she received a fabulous education from the dedicated team of teachers. King’s was the launching pad for her and the skills she learned here have proven to be the main factor in her continued success. King’s is a place like no other. This is my family!
